I regularly participate in public panels, expert roundtables, and academic conferences across the Americas and Europe, speaking on topics including emerging military technologies, democratic backsliding, border security, and U.S. foreign policy. My speaking engagements span diverse audiences—from academic communities and military institutions to students and policymakers. Known for my engaging and accessible style, my goal is to translate complex security and political issues into insights that are both understandable and relevant to decision-makers, scholars, and the public. My research and public commentary have contributed to academic and strategic debates and have informed national security conversations in Colombia, the United States, and beyond.
